Continuing education: Odyssey Rehabilitation is committed to helping our therapists grow their careers. Full and Part-time employees will receive reimbursement to assist them with completing continuing education courses toward renewing their license. In addition, employees will also receive access to Odyssey University. Odyssey University partners with CEU360 to offer flexible and easily accessible online education for all qualifying staff members.
Licensure renewal reimbursement: All full-time and part-time employees qualify for this benefit.
Employee referral bonus program: We encourage our team members to help recruit top talent, however when you treat your employees properly, encouragement usually isn't required.
